![]() ![]() Bajo women are able to take over their husband’s role. This paper investigates the unique side of Bajo women at Pulau Pandai Besi in Wakatobi. The possible oxidations states of the metals at the surface of the untreated and treated coins with the artificial human sweat were also identified. The XPS analysis of the golden parts of the coins, namely the centre part of the 1- peso and the ring part of the 2- pesos coins were inconclusive, due to the small amount of the Ni (nominally %2) used in those parts. This discrepancy is explained by analyzing the XPS peaks of oxygen and carbon, and is suggested to be related to the contamination layer on the surface of the coins. It has been observed Ni-enrichment at the surface of the ring (silvery) part of a 1- peso, minted in 1994, whereas the XPS data reveals lack of nickel at the surface of the centre (silvery) part of a 2- pesos, minted in 2016. Relative concentrations of nickel and copper at the surface of the ring and centre parts of 1- peso and 2- pesos Argentine coins have been studied by means of X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS). Zea-Vera, A TurÃn, CG Rueda, MS Guillén-Pinto, D Medina-Alva, P Tori, A Rivas, M Zegarra, J Castañeda, A Cam, L Ochoa, TJ Even if there is still almost half of time, uncertainty about the final etiology, the progress on prenatal fetal imaging and molecular genetic tools, will allow to give a better genetic counseling to the family and prepare the most favorable treatment conditions for the upcoming newborn.Uso de la punción lumbar en la evaluación de sepsis neonatal tardÃa en recién nacidos de bajo peso al nacer In this review we summarized the diverse etiologies underlying FADS and arthrogryposis, emphasizing the ever-expanding spectrum of genetic conditions specifically on neuromuscular field. ![]() ![]() At the most severe end, the fetal akinesia deformation sequence (FADS) occurs with highly abnormal or absent fetal movement while a substantial reduction in fetal movement can lead to multiple arthrogryposis. Any restriction to normal movement on the developing fetus, either by intrinsic or extrinsic factors, ie disorders of motor neuron, muscle, central nervous system, connective tissue, uterine ambiance, exogenous toxics, will affect the fetus. Normal fetal movements are essential to skeletal development. ![]()
